Our Process
1. Inspiration
We'll start by reviewing any notes, inspiration images, and or rough sketches that you have for the apparel you want to develop.
No need to have your notes or inspiration organized into any specific format or mood board. We just like to see some initial direction and then our team will help get all of your ideas down on paper.
2. Fashion Design
Next our team will expand upon your initial ideas and create 1 -2 flat design options per style for you to review.
Once you review the design options, you'll provide your initial feedback and our team will make any sketch adjustments as needed.
After we've perfected your collection, we'll discuss the best fabrics, colors and trims that will bring your apparel designs to life.
Lastly we'll create a professional design line sheet, that will include all of your final flat sketches, colors, fabric information as well as style names and style numbers so that you can start presenting your collection to buyers.
3. Tech Pack
Once your designs have been finalized, we will create a tech pack for each design / style, to explain the specific design details, construction information, materials, label placements, and most importantly, we'll perfect the measurements for each design to explain exactly how each item is going to fit.
Our tech packs are a 9-10 page document, similar to a blue print, that explain exactly how to construct your first apparel sample. Once your tech packs are complete, we'll send your tech packs to the best manufacturer for your product, to develop your first physical sample.

Sourcing
Once your designs, line sheets and tech packs are finalized, we will source the best fabric mill and manufacturing partner off your designs and tech packs to our top recommended manufacturing partners who will start developing your patterns and physical samples for your collection.
We've spent years developing strong relationships with sought after manufacturing contacts who have developed for well known brands within the industry. These manufacturers don't just work with anyone, but with our connections, we'll be able to get you set up with the best in the industry so that sampling your apparel is a breeze.

5. Fitting
After your first sample has been completed, our team will teach you exactly what to do when you get your sample back. We'll teach you how to review it, fit it and provide notes to the manufacturer for any revisions needed for the next round of samples.
It typically takes most people 1 - 3 rounds of samples, before giving the final approval to move forward with production.
6. Production
After you've approved your final samples, we'll teach you everything you need to know in order to get you set up and prepared for production.
We'll teach you how to finalize the last details for each of your apparel design including final fabrics, trims, colors, label and logo placements, sizing, as well as final packaging.
7. Marking & Sales
Once your production is underway and you have your final samples, we'll connect you with our recommended partners to help you bring your apparel marketing and sales to live through photoshoots, web development, whole sale orders, FB ads, etc.
